At Paws & Relax Grooming, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the grooming services provided, please contact us within 48 hours. We will do our best to address any concerns and offer a refund or complimentary re-service based on the issue. All refund requests are subject to review, and we reserve the right to deny refunds for services that were performed as agreed.
